A NEW RIDE

Well, as some of you know, I got an 08 Nissan Xterra 4x4 on Thursday. I had been looking around a little for a newer vehicle, but I was in no hurry because the Nissan Frontier I had was paid for. Anyway, while browsing the net late one night, I stumbled across a Nissan Xterra at a local dealer here in Amarillo. It seemed like a great price...17,980 for an 08 Xterra with 4x4 and only 16,000 miles on it. These vehicles are 24,000 brand new.

I went to the dealer the next day and looked at it inside and out and was very impressed. It was like new! No torn seats, no dents, dings or anything wrong at all. I went home and did some figuring and went back a week later. I test drove it and took it to a mechanic, and everything was great. The dealer gave me a carfax report on it, and it turned out clean and free of any flood damage, fire etc...

Now was the time to start wheelin and dealin. I got a great deal on the vehicle and got a fair price for my truck on the trade in. By the way, I got this vehicle at Bobby Duby motors in Amarillo. They treated me fair and they were professional the entire time. They made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there. I highly recommend this dealer if you're looking for a great used car at a fair price.

So, if you see a red Xterra under a storm in the great plains, stop and say hi! If it's not me, just know that they have great taste just like I do! Now to the photos...

Nice man! Glad you got it! You'll have more room for stuff now.

I'll be thrown off now, not seeing that schoolbus yellow dot down the road and knowing exactly who it was!

Thanks! Yea, I honestly wish this Xterra was yellow like the truck. I like the red, but the yellow had it's own sort of "character" to it.

Even up close this is a beautiful truck. In great shape. You did good boggzie. But like David said it will take a while to get used to not seeing that beacon bright yellow truck. You could see it a mile away and knew who it was.

Nice truck J-Boggs. Too bad the odds are it won't stay that nice looking if you have a good chase season this year. But I guess all chase vehicles are meant to have some battle scars. Happy chasing this year.

Thanks for the comment Keith. Ire ally do like the Xterra, but battle scars will prevail sooner or later. Hope you and Laura Bree are doing well.

Tim, no problem sir! I have no problem giving you guys a shout out and a plug for the website. You guys treated me fair, and I appreciate it. I can see why you guys do so good. You're fair and have vehicles at a great price. That's what it's all about. Keep up with the site because I will have it updated often in the coming months.
