SUNRISE 8/26/08
A sunrise... Rarely am I up for these, but I happened to be up this morning and got a glimpse and a quick shot of it here in Amarillo. It's amazing how quickly the colors fade as the sun gets higher in the sky. Like our lives, it's a fleeting moment that needs to be cherished and not taken for granted.

Yep, you said it! The sunrises and sunsets around here can't be beat.
Horizon to horizon sky in west Texas is our greatest natural resource.
